Funding Options

The team at Praxis School of Entrepreneurship is committed to the success of our participants. We build successful entrepreneurs and are available to help you determine potential funding options to take part in our programs.

The following are some potential funding options. Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us for further information on any of them.

Praxis School of Entrepreneurship is a registered educational institute in Saskatchewan and eligible students receive a T2202.

  • RESPs
    We are a qualifying post-secondary institution for the purposes of using RESPs to pay for tuition.
  • Self Employment Program for Persons with Disabilities
    The Self Employment Program is designed for people who are unemployed/under-employed and self identify as having a disability (learning, physical, emotional, sensory, mental health and others) in Saskatchewan.
  • Self Employment Program
    The Self Employment Program is designed for people who are receiving Employment Insurance or received it in the past 3-5 years (depending upon if maternity benefits).
  • Workers Compensation Board
    You may be eligible for the Self Employment Option if you are receiving Workers Compensation. Please ask your provincial WCB office if you qualify.
  • Gabriel Dumont Institute
    If you are Metis, you may be eligible to receive tuition to start your business. Please contact GDI to find out if you qualify.
  • Other
    Others have been able to obtain funding through their First Nation community.
