I love languages and helping people acquire the ability to work within a new language. For me, that is primarily helping people whose first language is not English but who want to become fluent. That means working one on one or in small groups using traditional ESL techniques mixed with experiential learning that is relevant to the individual’s interest or work areas. There is nothing more fulfilling than seeing the lights go on as they navigate the world with new found skills.
